Computer generated 3-Dimensional modeling and parametric engineering technologies allow LEWCO to offer standard units in a wide range of size combinations that meet the specific needs of the end user. Knocked-Down Construction facilitates the cost effective installation of an oven too large to ship as a complete assembly. Standard design and construction techniques have been developed to minimize field installation time. Each oven is shipped with a fully assembled heater/burner box, all controls, and a complete set of installation instructions and drawings. Available in most any size, these models are rated for service to
500°F.

HEAT-PRO™
Conveyor Ovens are available with Vertical Down, Horizontal, or Dual
airflow patterns. Standard units can be equipped with a variety of
conveyor options including: wire mesh, steel slat, & gravity
roller. Available
from 350°F - 800°F in natural gas, electric, steam & thermal
fluid heat. Standard units are available in a wide range of size
combinations that meet the specific needs of the application.

HEAT-PRO™ Cabinet Ovens feature horizontal air flow for processing small or flat parts on shelves or trays. Standard models are available from 8-64 cubic feet and are offered in either top or bottom mounted heat chambers. |

LEWCO, Inc.,
was established in 1917 as a welding and fabricating job shop. Through the years, we have
evolved into a manufacturer of conveyors and industrial ovens, servicing both domestic and
international markets.
Headquartered in north central Ohio, LEWCO,
Inc. is conveniently located within a 500 mile radius of over 50% of the United
States manufacturing base.
Our new 135,000 sq. ft. facility houses a
complete professional staff of sales, engineering and skilled trades personnel, as well as
some of the most modern metal manufacturing equipment available today. We utilize
state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing processes including computer aided design
(CAD) with shop floor interface. CNC Turret punching, CNC "Fine Plasma" burning,
CNC sawing and Robotic welding are also employed in the manufacture of our quality
products.
