 The
HI-HUMIDITY OVEN is a revolutionary breakthrough in rapid heating,
melting and thawing of materials in containers such as drums, pails, and tote
tanks. Utilizing water vapor as a heat transfer medium, heat-up times and melt
rates are several times faster than possible in traditional convection ovens.
This unique design also offers the advantages of precise product temperature
control, uniform heating, and operation at relatively low cabinet
temperatures. Customer

The HI-HUMIDITY OVEN contains a water reservoir that is heated
by either electric immersion heaters, steam, or hot oil to provide a
completely water saturated cabinet atmosphere. Condensation of the water vapor
onto the cooler drums provides rapid and efficient heat transfer into the drum
contents. Inherently, the saturated atmosphere virtually eliminates
temperature gradients and provides a means for precise control of operating
temperature.
