DRUG FREE WORK PLACE POLICY

It is the policy of LEWCO, Inc. to maintain a work place that is free from the effects of alcohol and drug use/abuse. Employees are prohibited from the use, sale, dispensing, distribution, possession or manufacture of illegal drugs and narcotics or alcoholic beverages on Company premises or work sites. In addition, employees are prohibited from the off-premises use of alcohol and possession, use, sale of illegal drugs when such activities adversely affect job performance, job safety, or the Company’s reputation in the community.

It is the policy of LEWCO, Inc. that all employees should be able to work in an atmosphere free from all forms of discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment.
